Admission Procedure

SJM Campus, Haveri follows a fair, transparent, ethical, and student-centric admission process that ensures equal opportunity for all applicants. Admission procedures are course-specific and strictly comply with government norms, reflecting our commitment to merit, equity, and academic excellence.

Procedure to Apply for Admissions
  • Admissions commence after the declaration of the 10th standard results.
  • Interested students may visit the college office to obtain the application form or download from our website
  • Students are required to submit the filled application form to the college office on or before the prescribed date.
  • The eligibility list will be released soon after the application review process is completed.
Eligibility for PU Course

A candidate who has passed the Karnataka SSLC examination or a recognized equivalent (CBSE, ICSE, or other state boards) shall be eligible for admission to First I-Year PU Course.

Admission Requirements

Students applying for admission must submit the following documents along with the filled application form

  • Class 10th Marks Card – 2 Xerox Copies
  • Income and Caste Certificate (wherever applicable) – 2 Xerox Copies
  • Migration Certificate (wherever applicable)
  • Eligibility Certificate (wherever applicable)
  • 2 Xerox Copies of Student’s, Father’s and Mother’s Aadhar Card – Updated as per SSLC marks card
  • Ration Card – 2 Xerox Copies
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) – Original with 2 Xerox Copies
  • Disability certificate (wherever applicable)
  • Blood Group Certificate of the student issued by a Medical Officer
  • Student’s Bank Passbook – 2 Xerox Copies
  • SIX Recent Passport size Photos with black background and without hijab
  • Undertaking form
